TallyPrime - Trial Balance

How to view and Print Trial Balance in TallyPrime ?

• On GOT Screen, press 'D'
• Press 'T'
• Press 'Alt+F1' for detailed view.
• Press 'Alt+P' (if right Alt Key does not work, please press left Alt Key)
• Press 'Ctrl+P'
• Press 'I' for print preview.
• Press 'P' for Print
  

Let's follow these example steps for better understanding on View and Print Trial Balance.

Example :

In the Books of M/s.Trimurthy Traders, Cuttack

View/Display and Print Trial Balance as on date 31/03/2022.

Procedure :

On Gateway of Tally Screen.

Press 'D' or select and press 'Enter' on 'Display More Reports'

Press 'T' or select and press 'Enter' on 'Trial Balance'

Press 'Alt+F1' for detailed view.

Press 'Alt+P' (if right Alt Key does not work, please press left Alt Key)

Press 'Ctrl+P' or select and press 'Enter' on 'CuRrent      Ctrl+P' 

Press 'I' or select and press 'Enter' on 'I:Preview'

Press 'Alt+P' to Print 'Trial Balance' (if right Alt Key does not work, please press left Alt Key)

Now Trial Balance Printing job is complete.
