TallyPrime - Profit and Loss Account

How to view and print Profit and Loss Account in TallyPrime ?

• On GOT Screen, press 'P'
• Press 'Alt+F1' for detailed view
• Press 'Alt+P'
• Press 'Ctrl+P'
• Press 'I' for print preview
• Press 'P' for Print.

Let's follow the below mentioned example steps for better understanding.

Example :

In the Books of M/s.Trimurthy Traders, Cuttack

View/Display and Print Profit & Loss Account as on date 31/03/2022

Procedure

On Gateway of Tally Screen

Press 'P' or select and press 'Enter' on 'Profit & Loss A/c' 

Press 'Alt+F1' for detailed view.

Press 'Alt+P' 

Press 'Ctlr+P' 

Press 'I' or select and press 'Enter' on 'I:Preview' to print preview.

Press 'Alt+P' to Print.

Now Profit and Loss Account Printing is Complete.
