How to Create a Company in TallyPrime ?

Follow the below mentioned example steps for creating company.

Example :

Company/Business Name : TRIMURTHY TRADERS

Constitution/Style : Proprietorship

Address : Cuttack - 753001, Odisha, India

Nature of Business - Wholesale and Retail Trader of Electrical Goods.

GSTIN - 21AAECS0527O1ZY

Financial Year : 2021-22

Let's create this Company using TallyPrime

Open TallyPrime and select 'Create Company'.

Press 'Enter'

and enter the required fields 

Press 'Y' to accept

or Press 'Enter' to accept

Now Company Creation is Complete.

Company Created Successfully.

Now it's the time for setting up Company features.

Select 'Yes' to activate the required features.

If one have to enter the GSTIN detail

Select on 'Yes' on 'Enable Goods & Services Tax(GST)'

Now let's fill up the GSTIN detail.

Press 'Y' to accept

or Press 'Enter' to accept
